Air Preparation Unit

Pre-Milling Unit
Equipped with two high-frequency motors that provide high-quality edge preparation before gluing. It eliminates steps from the pre-cutting saw and removes chips.

Cutting Depth Adjustment
The milling depth is adjustable via a counter on the feed bar, simplifying the setup process.
Feeding System
A system for setting a fixed distance between workpieces improves productivity and ensures stable operation of each unit.
- Automatic workpiece thickness measurement: If the panel thickness exceeds the set value, the machine stops automatically.
Infrared Lamp
Improves edge adhesion quality and is twice as effective as traditional heating with a heating element.
