WELDED MACHINE FRAME


The machine frame is made of thick-walled rectangular tubes, which, along with a large number of crossbeams, provide excellent rigidity and vibration resistance. The machining of technological grooves and mounting surfaces is done in a single setup, ensuring the correct placement of all components on the frame and subsequently high machining accuracy.

HIGH-PRECISION LINEAR GUIDES WITH INCREASED RIGIDITY


Due to their enhanced stability and rigidity, these guides ensure high-precision movement of the gantry and high-speed spindle along the X, Y, and Z axes. This results in high machining accuracy and long-term machine operation without losing precision. The bearings are equipped with grease fittings, allowing lubrication injection as recommended by the manufacturer.

HIGH-PRECISION BALL SCREWS


This system ensures highly accurate movement of the gantry, support, and spindle along the Z-axis and completely eliminates backlash.

HELICAL RACK


The machine uses a helical rack for movement along the X and Y axes. This solution allows for high-speed performance without compromising machining accuracy.

VACUUM WORKTABLE


The aluminum worktable, covered with wear-resistant plastic, is prepared for vacuum clamping (8 zones), which, when connected to a vacuum pump, ensures reliable fixation of workpieces.

DUST EXTRACTION HOOD


The machine comes standard with a protective hood that allows connection to dust extraction systems for efficient removal of dust and chips from the work area. It is also equipped with a 3 kW dust extraction unit with two collection bags.

NC STUDIO CONTROL SYSTEM AND CONTROL STAND


A reliable and easy-to-use control board for interfacing the machine with a PC. It allows direct G-code editing at the machine, manages all machine movements via computer, and enables program execution and simulation viewing to identify errors before machining.
The machine includes a dedicated computer and monitor, allowing work to begin immediately after delivery and setup.
