PURPOSE

The Zaitec S3 Drive panel saw is designed for longitudinal, cross, and angular cutting of panel materials into blanks of specified dimensions, with pre-scoring of the lower edge to prevent chipping. The machine is engineered for high-load operation and can run in two shifts.

MACHINE FRAME


The machine frame is designed using CAD programs, where maximum allowable loads and structural requirements were calculated and simulated. The welded frame undergoes stress relief annealing to remove internal material stresses, followed by precision machining on a five-axis metalworking machine to mill all mounting surfaces and holes for assembly components.
