MACHINE FRAME
The machine frame is designed using CAD programs, where maximum allowable loads and structural requirements were calculated and simulated. The welded frame undergoes stress relief annealing to remove internal material stresses, followed by precision machining on a five-axis metalworking machine to mill all mounting surfaces and holes for assembly components.
SAW UNIT
- High metal content significantly increases the durability of components by virtually eliminating vibration.
- Independent motors for the main and scoring saws.
- Main motor power: 5.5 kW, scoring saw motor power: 1.1 kW.
- The main saw unit has two speeds (4,000/5,000 rpm), manually switchable.
ROLLER CARRIAGE
- Ensures the highest cutting precision, eliminates backlash, and provides smooth and effortless operation throughout the machine's lifespan.
- Made of an aluminum multi-cell profile with a working width of 380 mm.
TILTING SAW UNIT
- All Zaitec models feature a saw tilt function from 0 to 45°.
CONTROL PANEL
- Touchscreen control system ensures maximum ease of operation.
- Parallel fence adjustment (cutting width setting) is also controlled from the panel.
- An additional control panel on the machine frame allows for quick activation/deactivation of the main and scoring saw motors and adjustment of the cutting angle (displayed on a digital screen).
SERVO-DRIVEN PARALLEL FENCE
- Smooth and precise movement of the fence is ensured by a Delta (Taiwan) servo motor and Hiwin (Taiwan) high-precision ball screw system.
- Travel speed up to 15 m/min.
- Maximum distance from the saw blade to the parallel fence: 1250 mm.
- Includes a push stick for safe operation with narrow workpieces.
SCORING SAW ADJUSTMENT
- Convenient height adjustment handle for fast and precise scoring saw setup.
CROSSCUT FENCE
- Equipped with flip stops with optical lenses for quick and precise size adjustments.
- Features engraved scale markings that remain intact throughout the machine’s service life.
- Maximum cutting length: 3200 mm.
ANGLE-ADJUSTABLE CROSSCUT FENCE
- Can be rotated between 0–45° for angled cutting.
PARALLEL & CROSSCUT FENCES
- The crosscut fence includes two flip stops, one of which has a digital display for quick and precise size adjustments.
- Maximum distance from the saw blade to the parallel fence: 1250 mm.
- Digital readout allows fast and precise positioning.
MITER GAUGE
- A T-slot-mounted miter gauge is included as standard, ensuring maximum convenience and accuracy for angled cuts.
ADDITIONAL WORKTABLES
- Full-size auxiliary tables allow cutting of sheets of various dimensions.
SAFETY HOOD (EURO HOOD)
- Transparent protective saw hood ensures visual control of the cutting process and efficient dust extraction (Ø 80 mm).
- The main dust extraction port is located in the motor compartment (Ø 100 mm).
CENTRALIZED LUBRICATION SYSTEM
- Automatically lubricates all serviceable machine components and assemblies.

- Includes German-made LEITZ blades (300×30 mm + 120×22 mm).
