CONTROL SYSTEM

The machine is operated via a special control panel equipped with an industrial touchscreen display. The activation/deactivation icons for units and aggregates on the display are intuitive and do not require special skills to operate the machine.

CONVEYOR

Durable and reliable conveyor construction. Wear-resistant shoes combined with rubber pressure rollers ensure precise movement of workpieces. Lubrication: EP0 and EP2.

AIR PREPARATION UNIT

Pressure adjustment and precise air supply control. Consists of an oil reservoir (pneumatic HO-32R) for mist lubrication, a fine filter, and a distribution control unit. Required pressure: 6-8 bar. Pneumatic tube diameter: 12 mm (main) and 8 mm (liquids).

LIQUID APPLICATION UNITS

The machine is equipped with units for applying separating and cleaning liquids, reducing glue residue and other debris on workpiece surfaces.

PRE-MILLING UNIT

The pre-milling unit is equipped with two high-frequency motors, ensuring high-quality material edge processing before edge banding. It eliminates "steps" from the scoring saw and chips. The unit features diamond cutters with a height of 40 mm (ø125 x 30 H40 L/R).

FEED SYSTEM

The workpiece feed interval detection system ensures a fixed distance between workpieces, improving productivity and ensuring stable operation of each unit. The automatic thickness measurement system stops the machine if the panel thickness exceeds the set value.

INFRARED LAMP

Enhances the adhesion quality of the edge banding. Twice as effective compared to heating the workpiece edge using a heating element in the feed bar. Operating temperature: ~100°C. Power: 1.7 kW. Especially useful in winter.

GLUE UNIT

Classic glue bath positioning below the glue roller. The glue tank has a Teflon coating, preventing glue from burning onto the tank walls. The tank is designed for EVA hot-melt glue with a capacity of about 4 liters. Sensitive glue feed adjustment ensures efficient glue use.

PRESSURE GROUP

Pressure is set pneumatically, ensuring even pressure distribution on the edge during gluing. The unit includes three pressure rollers, two of which have different conical shapes for even pressure distribution across the workpiece thickness, while the third roller is rubberized for delicate pressing. The rollers have additional blades for excess glue removal.

END TRIMMING UNIT

Equipped with two high-frequency motors. The saw units move along specialized linear guides. The unit features an automatic guide lubrication system and a dedicated dust extraction port.

RADIUS MILLING UNIT

Consists of two high-frequency motors equipped with radius cutters, allowing the processing of edge materials from 0.4 mm to 3.0 mm in thickness. Workpieces are tracked using large round tracers, preventing defects during milling.

Thickness adjustment via counters. Each motor is equipped with R2 cutters.

RADIUS SCRAPING UNIT

Equipped with two carbide radius knives that remove a thin layer from the milled edge, ensuring a smooth, polished surface.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION

Automatic lubrication system for the two-motor end trimming unit and the pre-milling unit. Positioned in a visible area for easy monitoring of fluid levels (hydraulic oil HO-68N). Adjustable lubrication frequency for aggregates.

SCRAP COLLECTION CONTAINER

A special container above the radius scraping unit collects waste generated during the scraping process, preventing long edge scraps from entering the dust extraction system. Simplifies machine maintenance and cleaning.

FLAT SCRAPING UNIT

Designed for removing glue residue from the glued joint. Quick unit retraction using a lever. Cleaning liquid nozzles are installed after the flat scraping unit.

POLISHING UNIT

Polishes the processed edge. Equipped with two motors:
