PURPOSE

The Zaitec S3 Plus panel saw is designed for longitudinal, cross, and angled cutting of sheet materials into precisely measured workpieces. The pre-scoring function trims the lower edge to prevent chipping. Built for high-load operations, the machine is capable of continuous two-shift operation without performance degradation.

Constructive advantages

FRAME

The machine frame is designed using CAD programs, where maximum allowable loads and structural requirements were calculated and modeled. The welded frame undergoes stress relief to eliminate internal material tensions, followed by processing on a five-axis metalworking machine, ensuring precise milling of all mounting surfaces and holes.

SAW UNIT

The high metal mass of the saw unit significantly enhances the durability of components by virtually eliminating vibration. Independent motors for the main and scoring saws:
