CONTROL
The machine is operated via a special control panel equipped with an industrial touchscreen display. The activation/deactivation icons for units and components are intuitive and require no special skills to operate.
CONVEYOR
Durable and reliable conveyor design. Wear-resistant shoes combined with rubber pressure rollers ensure precise workpiece movement. Lubrication: EP0 and EP2.

AIR PREPARATION UNIT
Pressure adjustment and precise air supply control. The unit includes an oil reservoir (pneumatic NO-32R) for mist lubrication, a fine filtration system, and a distribution control block. Required pressure: 6–8 bar. Pneumatic tube diameter: 12 mm (main) and 8 mm (for fluids).
FEEDING DEVICE
The system determines the feed interval, ensuring a fixed distance between workpieces to improve productivity and maintain stable operation of each unit. An automatic thickness measurement system stops the machine if the panel thickness exceeds the set value.
INFRARED LAMP
Enhances the quality of edge bonding to the workpiece. Twice as effective compared to heating the workpiece edge with a heating element on the feed bar. The operating temperature of the infrared lamp is approximately 100°C.

GLUE APPLICATION UNIT
A classic design where the glue pot is positioned below the glue application roller. The glue pot has a Teflon coating to prevent glue from burning onto its walls. Designed for EVA hot-melt glue with a capacity of approximately 4 liters. Features precise glue feed adjustment for optimal glue usage.
PRESSURE GROUP
Pneumatically controlled pressure ensures even force distribution during edge bonding. The unit includes three pressure rollers:
- Two rollers with different taper angles for uniform pressure distribution across the workpiece thickness.
- One rubberized roller for a more delicate press.
- The rollers are equipped with additional blades to remove excess glue.
END TRIMMING UNIT
Equipped with two high-frequency electric motors. The saw units move along special linear guides and feature an automatic lubrication system. The unit also includes its own dust extraction port.

RADIUS MILLING UNIT
Consists of two high-frequency electric motors with radius cutters, allowing processing of edge materials 0.4–3.0 mm thick. Workpiece tracking is ensured by large round copiers, preventing defects during milling.

- Thickness adjustment via counters. Each motor is equipped with R2 cutters.
RADIUS SCRAPING UNIT
Equipped with two carbide radius knives that remove a thin layer from the milled edge, resulting in a smooth, finished surface.
POLISHING UNIT
Polishes the processed edge. Equipped with two motors:
- Power: 0.37 kW

ELECTRICAL SWITCHES
