WELDED MACHINE FRAME
The machine frame is made of thick-walled rectangular tubes, which, along with numerous crossbeams, provide excellent rigidity and vibration resistance. The machining of technological grooves and platforms is carried out in a single setup, ensuring the correct placement of all components on the frame and, consequently, high processing accuracy.
HIGH-PRECISION LINEAR GUIDES WITH ENHANCED RIGIDITY
Due to increased stability and rigidity, these guides ensure high-precision movement of the gantry and high-speed spindle along the X, Y, and Z axes. This results in high processing accuracy and long-lasting machine performance without loss of precision. The bearings are equipped with grease fittings, allowing lubrication injection as recommended by the manufacturer. Guide and bearing sizes: Y = 30, X and Z = 25.
HIGH-PRECISION BALL SCREWS
This system ensures precise movement of the gantry, carriage, and spindle along the Z-axis while completely eliminating backlash.
HELICAL RACK AND PINION SYSTEM ON X AND Y AXES
The machine utilizes a helical rack and pinion system for movement along the X and Y axes. This solution allows for high-speed performance without compromising machining accuracy.
VACUUM WORKING TABLE
The aluminum worktable, covered with wear-resistant plastic, is prepped for an 8-zone vacuum system. When connected to a vacuum pump, it provides secure workpiece fixation.
DUST EXTRACTION HOOD AND DUST COLLECTION UNIT
In its standard configuration, the machine is equipped with a protective hood, allowing connection to dust collection units for efficient removal of dust and chips from the machining area. The machine is supplied with a 5.5 kW dust collection unit (2-bag system), which is a significant advantage over competitors' machines.
LINEAR AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER WITH 16 SLOTS ON THE GANTRY
This system combines the simplicity and reliability of a linear tool changer with the speed of a carousel system. Tool changes are 2–3 times faster than those of a linear tool changer mounted on the machine frame. The 16-slot ISO 30 tool magazine ensures stable operation throughout the machine's lifespan.
PNEUMATIC STOPS
Used for automatic workpiece positioning. Ensures convenient and fast positioning of sheet materials, increasing production efficiency.
